what is breathwork?

As a society, we are constantly looking for ways to fix ourselves, or to feel better. We’re always looking outwardly for solutions. That shit ain’t working.

Breathwork is a powerful self-healing modality. We don’t need anything outside of ourselves to feel better. The answers are within, and we get to access them through breath.

Through breathwork, we can tap into deep wisdom, healing, and peace. We can release stuck energy, change our relationship to stress and anxiety, and get in tune with who we really are.

I’m Iona. I’m the co-owner of Body of Work and I am currently completing my 250-hour facilitator training through Pause Breathwork.

I like to keep it simple. I believe our bodies are our greatest teachers. And we have more power than we know. I’m offering this series to you so you can explore a healing modality that has transformed the way I show up in the world. A practice that has changed the way I see and feel about myself.
